Backcomb the top strands from the roots to the ends and apply the hairspray, then curl the ends. If you have bang, slightly backcomb it and apply forceps, be careful not to curl it. Fix the style with hair spray, crumple and comb-out strands. If you want bigger curls, use a bigger circular comb and hair dryer.
